The device includes 2 stainless steel kneading hooks for working with hard doughs. The motor is powerful but extremely quiet, with an ergonomic design that includes a soft grip handle (SoftTouch) to prevent slipping. All plastic parts that come into contact with food are BPA-free. The accessories can be washed in the dishwasher and there is a separate exhaust system for quick replacement of the accessories.
